– Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

– Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
– Change of mind: At this stage, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Delivery time: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Free shipping: Orders over $200 AUD include free standard shipping.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
International shipping: Currently, we only ship within Australia.
